“The Spring of Artists” in Balaruc-les-Bains
The Balaruc-les-Bains merchants’ association organizes “Le Printemps des Artistes”. In the program : Monday April 29, Tuesday April 30 and Wednesday May 1, from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., body and mind well-being fair, at Parc Sévigné; at 10:30 a.m., “Les Pipelettes” fashion show, at 11 a.m. “Elle et lui” “La boutique” avenue de Montpellier; “Libi Boutiue and La Boutique Tomlau”, avenue des Thermes; at 3 p.m. “La Boutique”, 3:30 p.m. “Elle et lui” and at 4 p.m. “Les Pipelettes” avenue de Montpellier, at 4:30 p.m. “Lili Boutique and La Boutique Tomlau” avenue des Thermes; Wednesday May 1, from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., large brazier in the pedestrian streets; from 10 a.m., meeting and signing with the writer Arianne Séguillon for “La grosse”, Olivier Cabassut for “Molière l’impromptu de Pézenas” and Paul Dewandre for “La parable du kayakiste”; at 11 a.m. meeting and signing with actor Benjamin Douba-Paris from the series “Here it all begins” for a signing session by Sévigné; the authors Nelly Yan, Sylvain Sixou, Michel Brel, Charlotte B, Anthony Doiret, Armoni Lemaître and Marco Libro will be present at “La presse des bains”. Many artists will exhibit in the shops and the guest of honor is the Sète painter Alain Delmas. Entertainment all day long, 1900 “Le temps jadis” parade and Place du Mail, inflatables and jousts on carts for children (free).

The François-Mitterrand media library and the La Dante Alighieri association offer, Thursday 2nd of May at 5 p.m., a conference on “The History of Art” by Dimitri Stauss. A conference in which observation skills and critical thinking will be put to the test. The symbol lost in the painting: Mysteries, deceptions and revelations in detail… Free entry.

Children’s spring at CRAC
The Regional Center for Contemporary Art at 26, quai Aspirant-Herber offers, Thursday 2nd of May at 10 a.m., “Spring for little ones” for children aged 6 months to 3 years accompanied by an adult.
