This is his first bestseller, “The Scent of Happiness is Stronger in the Rain”, published in 2017 by Fayard. It is adapted for France Télévisions in the form of a mini-series with the shortened title, “The Scent of Happiness”.

Filming began on September 9th. France Télévisions reported on Monday. And it is done at home, between Bordeaux and Arcachon Bay, until October 29. The broadcast date is not yet known. The actors Caroline Anglade, Michèle Bernier, Michel Boujenah, Xavier Robic, Félix Moati, Julia Faure and Alex Vizorek are announced in these four 52-minute episodes.

Virginie Grimaldi is prancing around at the top of the most read authors in France for several years. Behind Mélissa Da Costa, she was the second best-selling author in 2023 (1.063 million copies), “Il nous reste ça” being her biggest success that year.
