The influenza epidemic continues to progress in France and in the Cher. In order to limit the circulation of the virus, the wearing of the surgical mask is now compulsory at the Jacques-Coeur hospital in Bourges and within the Taissegrain Ehpad.
Since the beginning of January, this obligation has been set up at the Vierzon hospital for patients, caregivers and visitors.
At the beginning of the month, the Saint-Amand-Montrond hospital center sparked its white plan to cope with the patient’s influx.
Last week, the Departmental Fire and Rescue Service of the Cher noted a “very important” solicitation since the beginning of December because of the flu.
-Faced with the intensity of the epidemic, the Ministry of Health announced this Wednesday the extension of the vaccination campaign until February 28.
