The former professor of medicine has just created “Magnifiscience”, a start-up which markets cosmetic products. Last October, he was banned from practicing medicine for two years.

But the man, retired since the summer of 2021 from his position as university professor-hospital practitioner, is taking a 180-degree turn in his professional life: he has just created a start-up specializing in cosmetology which markets anti-inflammatory products. -age.

It was on his YouTube channel that Didier Raoult announced the creation of “Magnifiscience”, in association with entrepreneur Nina Basri. Their products will be an “alliance between a very basic scientific approach with a very practical approach”.

They will therefore offer anti-aging treatments, “combining high-performance active ingredients to stimulate skin regeneration, protect against external aggressions, and slow down the visible signs of aging”.

On the site, two products are on sale: a day cream, for 75 euros, and a night cream, at the same price. The company is domiciled at Place Vendôme, in Paris. If the brand has a “success story”, will Didier Raoult return to medicine in two years, after having served his sanction?
