additional vaccine doses now and in the coming days
A fierce epidemic and insufficient stocks in certain community pharmacies led the Directorate General of Health to specify in a DGS-Urgent No. 2025_02 the gradual provision of additional doses of the following vaccines to wholesalers. -distributors:
– Fluarix Tetra (GSK Laboratory): available now;
– Vaxigrip Tetra (Sanofi-Pasteur Laboratory): in the coming days depending on authorization deadlines. Charles Wolf, France director of Sanofi, had in fact announced, in an interview with La Tribune on January 12, the provision in France of 250,000 additional doses planned for other countries of the European Union;
– Influvac Tetra (Viatris Laboratory): to be confirmed.
