The share of hospitalizations for influenza or influenza-like illness has increased significantly at the start of 2025 while the number of cases is also increasing in medical and social establishments. The number of deaths linked to the flu has also increased sharply.

Municipal workers showing flu symptoms are even required to wear a mask, as are staff and visitors to the city’s three nursing homes.
