The year 2024 will have been one of all records for the National Agency for Land Conservation, Cadastre and Cartography (ANCFCC). This is evidenced by the figures presented during its board meeting, held this Wednesday, December 25 under the chairmanship of Ahmed El Bouari, Minister of Agriculture, Maritime Fisheries, Rural Development and Water and Forests, in the presence of Abdellatif Loudiyi, Minister Delegate in charge of the National Defense Administration.
Presented by the director general of the agency, Karim Tajmouati, these indicators say a lot about both the performance of the ANCFCC, the all-out modernization of its operation and the extent of its contribution to the state budget. For the year 2024 alone, this contribution was 6 billion dirhams.
This year, the ANCFCC established some 373,000 new land titles and successfully registered the land of 1.1 million hectares. More than 2 million digital property certificates have also been issued. All for a turnover of around 9.2 billion dirhams.
More than an exceptional year, 2024 is a continuation of the agency's long-term work. Over the past few years, the ANCFCC has produced 3.5 million land titles, representing 43% of all land titles in Morocco. Some 214 rural municipalities were covered by general land registration. A free process. This, with the creation of 1.24 million new land titles.

Added to this are 4 million hectares of collective property for a total of 5 million hectares.
In its functioning as in its operational management, new technologies now have pride of place at the ANCFCC. This, throughout the cartographic and cadastral processes with, in particular, the establishment of permanent GNSS (Global Navigation Satellite System) stations and the use of aerial shots by planes and drones as well as through images emanating from satellites Mohammed VI A and B.
Also undertaken, the scanning of the ANCFCC document collection, the creation of constantly up-to-date databases and the digitalization of services intended for citizens and institutional and professional partners. On arrival, a total contribution to the State established at 70 billion dirhams, including 29.7 billion dirhams paid directly to the general state budget.
