The Provence Verte Campus welcomes Grégory ROUBY as part of the “1000 researchers in schools” program
Saint-Maximin, the Thursday November 14, 2024 – The Provence Verte Campus has the honor of announcing its participation in the “1000 researchers in schools” program by welcoming Grégory ROUBY, researcher at Généthon, on Thursday, November 14. This initiative aims to bring the world of research and students closer together, in order to stimulate their scientific curiosity and introduce them to research careers.
Grégory ROUBY will speak throughout the day in several classes, between 9:00 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., in one-hour slots. These exchanges will take place in the 3rd year room A2, building G, of the Provence Verte Campus. Students will thus have the opportunity to discover the work of this researcher engaged in the fields of biotechnology and gene therapies, and to discuss directly with him about his research projects and his professional career.
The event is part of the national program “1000 researchers in schools”, which supports meetings between researchers and young people, in order to awaken their interest in science and encourage them to engage in scientific and technological careers.
