This Thursday, November 7, 2024, the second information and support day pour quit smoking at the Elbeuf – Louviers – Val-de-Reuil intercommunal hospital center (CHIELVR). Meet from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the reception hall of theLouviers hospital.

L’initiative “Tobacco Free Month” is a collective commitment to fight against smoking.

These days are an opportunity to raise awareness and support visitors on the theme of tobacco consumption and quitting it. To do this, the teams from the Addictology Care, Support and Prevention Centers (CSAPA) and the CHI Intersite Addictology Care Liaison Team (ELISA) will be present.

Existing withdrawal strategies

These teams from the different CHI branches will be accompanied by a dietitian and a aromatherapist in order to inform visitors about the multiple issues linked to smoking and the cessation strategies existing today.

Christelle Duchossoy, nurse specializing in addiction at CHI Louviers, will also be present. In an interview she gave us, the professional takes stock of the state of smoking in .

Of the nicotine kits and substitutes (nicotine-based medications allowing a smooth transition when stopping smoking) will be my in free-service for all people who would take the step of trying to stop smoking.
