The case of voice extinctions

Loss of voice in some patients is linked to allergens that aggravate their condition. According to Dr. Prahamsa Honooman, these symptoms persist after the viral infection. Dry cough, sore throat and body aches can last 10 to 14 days. In people over 65 or patients with illnesses such as diabetes, it may last longer. Treatment is based on paracetamol, anti-inflammatories and cough syrups. The doctor reassures that this situation is not alarming. He also recommends steam inhalations to relieve a persistent cough.
