Salies-du-Salat. Kinesiology to improve your well-being

A new practice has just opened in Salies-du-Salat, that of Valérie Dougnac. Valérie is a kinesiologist, a discipline inspired by chiropractic, traditional Chinese medicine, acupuncture, sophrology and osteopathy. “It is a gentle, supportive medicine, which of course does good on the emotional level, the physical side, the pain and the biochemical side of the body,” explains the practitioner. “I have trained and in addition to kinesiology I am also a craniosacral reflexologist (1), a gentle osteopathy.”

Valérie was previously a nurse for about ten years, and already in the medical field; “gradually I discovered another way of caring for patients.”

Who is this practice for? Everyone, regardless of age. This practice helps manage stress and emotions, trauma, depression, addictions, sleep disorders, lack of self-confidence, relationship difficulties. Also disorders of concentration, learning, coordination, organization, muscle tension, pain, migraines, food intolerances, oral disorders, etc.

Sessions are one hour for kinesiology and a little longer for reflexology.
