Humanis: positive results of its Mon Bilan Cardio system
Descriptive text here

(AOF) – Humanis, a player in complementary social protection, has deployed its cardiovascular disease prevention system: Mon Bilan Cardio. Launched in the experimental phase at the end of 2022, this system displays very positive results which illustrate the effectiveness of collaboration between different players in the health system. This program responds to a major public health challenge: developing access to prevention for everyone, particularly in businesses.

This personalized prevention device makes it possible to detect and analyze cardiovascular risk factors and identify behaviors likely to impact these risks: diet, physical activity, sleep, stress, sedentary lifestyle, BMI, alcohol or tobacco consumption .

More than 10,000 assessments have been carried out since the launch of the system at the end of 2022. A high risk for at least one cardiovascular pathology – myocardial infarction, stroke, high blood pressure, diabetes, pulmonary embolism and phlebitis, heart failure, etc. – has been detected in 40% of participants.

They were then referred to their treating physician for treatment. Among these 40% of people at risk, only 5% of them were aware of being at risk before carrying out the assessment. Faced with their assessment, more than one in two employees have decided to change their lifestyle habits and/or see their doctor.

The system is offered in companies with the on-site intervention of health professionals who support policyholders in completing the questionnaire, take their constants (blood pressure, cholesterol and blood sugar levels) and carry out an assessment directly on site. This corporate system is carried out in collaboration with healthcare professionals from the Médicalib nursing network.
