Odyssey opens up new possibilities with the Square 2 Square

In line with the Ai-One putters, Odyssey has developed a range of center shaft putters, called Square 2 Square. They are thus Stroke Balanced (Zero Torque).

For several years, Odyssey has become the most used brand on the greens of professional circuits around the world. Depending on the week, between 45 and 55% of players rely on a Odyssey on the various professional tournaments.

The group firm Callaway declined his last putters Have-One with the range Square 2 Square.

A fair balance

The central point of this new series is to offer center shaft putters, that is to say that the shaft is directly connected to the head without a hosel. Unlike other models of this type, the shafts of the Square 2 Square are in a central position for excellent balancing.

The face of the putter remains extremely neutral throughout the movement, both up and back. In fact, they are ideal for players with a club path with very little angle. With their angle of 3.3°, they are ideally played with a forward press.

L’insert Ai-One

The range Square 2 Square is equipped with inserts Have-One designed using artificial intelligence. They feature contoured aluminum backing and a urethane striking surface White Hot to promote consistent ball speed.

This line features a navy blue PVD finish which gives it a premium look.

Three models

THE Square 2 Square were developed in three different heads: Double Wide DB, #7 et Jailbird. The latter features the classic Versa alignment. The three models are already available for pre-order at the price of 299 €. They will be in store from November 29.
