Golf Baie-Saint-Paul will end its season by welcoming more players from outside. The organization is pleased to have added 1,000 daily playing rights to its balance sheet.

The president of the group of shareholders who own the club, Antoine Neyron, underlines that external players played 8,500 rounds compared to 7,500 during the 2023 season. “The objective has been achieved. We are setting ourselves the same for the next season,” he said.

“We are on a good path. The name Loup is disappearing,” proudly maintains the president of Golf Baie-Saint-Paul.

Members played more rounds. A little over 5,000 were recorded compared to 4,780 a year earlier.

Overall, 13,500 rounds were played on the 18-hole Baie-Saint-Paul course during this season.

Antoine Neyron does not deviate from his line and relies on tourist customers who stay in the region to increase traffic. “We will continue to work with Club Med, Germain and Fairmont le Manoir Richelieu to extend stays by adding a round of golf with us. Charlevoix has what it takes to be a golf destination,” he concludes.

The land is still accessible. The temperature will decide the closing date.
