As every year, Agirc-Arrco, the supplementary pension scheme for private sector employees, will revalue pensions in November. This revaluation is based on inflation and should therefore be around 2%.

French retirees dependent on Agirc-Arrco, the supplementary scheme for private sector employees, only have a few weeks to wait before seeing their pension increase. Indeed, as every year, the organization will carry out a revaluation next November.

Agirc-Arrco: towards an increase in pensions of around 2% in November

The level of this increase has not yet been communicated by Agirc-Arrco. But it generally follows that of annual inflation. The regime reserves the right to adjust the rate to ensure its financial sustainability, specifies

. As inflation is expected to be around 2% in 2024, Agirc-Arrco policyholders can expect a similar increase in their pension, around 2% or even a little less. As a reminder, in 2023, this increase had reached 4.9% due to the surge in prices that year.

The revaluation will be applied to the monthly pension for November 2024. The organization makes payments on the first working day of each month. The 13 million Agirc-Arrco retirees will therefore see this increase on Monday, November 4. November 1 is indeed a public holiday and this year precedes a weekend.
