Update. October 14 at 10 a.m. L‘andevacuation of the heavy goods vehicle is in progress. Traffic is on a single axis in both directions. The accident would only be material, with no casualties. The area should still be avoided, warns the Loire prefecture.
At the same time, an accident on the RN88 occurred under the roundabout tunnel in Saint-Etienne, in the Firminy direction towards Saint-Etienne where three vehicles were mobilized in the left lane.
A truck crossed the tracks at the Pays du Gier area in Saint-Chamond (Loire) this Monday, October 14 around 8 a.m.
The heavy goods vehicle would have jackknifed on the A47 motorway.

In the Saint-Etienne – Lyon direction, the A47 is cut. There is at least 3 km of traffic jams in the direction Lyon towards Saint-Etienne.
The firefighters and the DIR are currently responding. There are a lot of traffic jams in the area.
