Alexandre Ruiz, general manager of Soyaux Angoulême, and Tanguy Kerdrain, forward coach, have signed a new contract with the Charente club. The two members of the Angoumois staff are linked with the Violets until 2027.
Soyaux-Angoulême secures part of its sports staff for a couple of years. Indeed, Alexandre Ruiz, general manager of the SA XV, and Tanguy Kerdrain, forward coach, have extended their contract until June 2027 with the purple club, as announced by Charente Libre at the end of the evening. Arriving last offseason, Alexandre Ruiz convinced his superiors and will therefore be able to see the future more calmly, he who was free next summer. The same goes for Tanguy Kerdrain, for whom the beautiful story continues in a club he joined in 2020.
Guaranteed maintenance for their first season together
Before the meeting which ended in a match without a winner (6-6) against Provence Rugby, the president of the club Didier Pitcho and those concerned announced the news to the partners. A decision looking to the future with two additional adventures validated for the Ruiz-Kerdrain pair, who is associated with Guillaume Lafforgue. An ultimately logical choice for a staff who managed to maintain the SA XV last season, with eleven points ahead of the play-off.
