Speaking to “Variety”, the President of the Republic expressed his joy at seeing his wife appear for a few moments in this series which he considers to be important for the country. He explains: “I was super proud, and she was very happy to do it. She only appears for a few minutes, but I think she had a great time. I think it’s good for the image of France. »
Emmanuel Macron then continues by affirming that this series, the fourth season of which was once again a success, has very good consequences for French tourism: “’Emily in Paris’ is something super positive in terms of attractiveness for our country . It keeps the business going, it’s a very good initiative. »
As for his future participation in the series, the politician was clear, declaring that he was not considering any appearances. He then confides with humor: “I am less attractive than Brigitte! »
