Franck Dubosc is the father of two young teenagers. Asked by the media Lou about his role as a father, the actor admitted with a smile that he was a “very boring” dad.

When it comes to defining the education he gives to his sons, Franck Dubosc chooses the cards of humor… and honesty! The 60-year-old actor is the father of Raphaël, 14, and Milhan, 12, from his union with his wife Danièle in 2009.
During his appearance at the Concerto for Peace organized by Omar Harfouch on the Champs-Elysées in Paris, the actor recently opened up about his relationship with his boys.
When the media Lou asked him what type of father he is, the comedian first described himself as “cool”, before correcting himself with humor: “No, I’m not cool. I said cool to make it sound good, then all of a sudden I said to myself “if my son comes across this, he’s going to say to me: You’re embarrassing, dad!” Yes, I’m annoying.
Convinced of this fact, Franck Dubosc then gave several examples of what can make him “boring” in the eyes of his sons. “I’m a boring father, who hides the PlayStation controllers, who forces you to do homework, to take the bath, to fold the towel, to turn off the lights…,” he clarified, before ‘add with a smile: “I’m boring. I’m very annoying.
And if their “mother” is responsible for helping with “homework”, the comedian is content to “tell them to do it”, because he “proved that I was bad at math from the start”.
For their part, the young adolescents remind him, according to him, that his “old people’s world is no longer the world of today.” “My son doesn’t call me ‘dad’, he calls me ‘brother’ (…) and ‘wesh brother’,” he confided. “I reminded him several times that I was not his brother, but since he also calls his mother “brother”, so I tell myself it’s okay (…) we are all “brothers”!”
