This is a huge blow for businesses and traders in downtown Grenoble. The international ready-to-wear brand, Zarahas permanently closed the doors of its historic point of sale in the hyper-center of the capital of the Alps.
The decision was taken at the beginning of October 2024 and is displayed on the Spanish brand’s website. This is not a direct departure since the brand is moving its store to another site in the metropolis. Explanations.
A move to Neyrpic
As spotted by our colleagues at Dauphinéthe curtain of the store at 2 avenue Alsace-Lorraine is lowered.
The Spanish fashion brand’s boutique is simply moved at the Neyrpic shopping center, in Saint-Martin-d’Hères. During the inauguration of the new center, the Zara store was open to the public, who came in large numbers this Wednesday, October 2, 2024.
Note that the brand offers another point of sale in the Grenoble area, at the Grand’Place shopping center.
As for the city center commercial unit, we do not yet know the name of the brand that will replace Zara
