The home of Maeva Ghennam’s mother was targeted by gunfire on the night of Sunday 8 to Monday 9 September. An investigation has been opened.
The home of the mother of influencer and reality TV star Maeva Ghennam was the target of gunfire, BFM Marseille Provence learned from a police source, confirming information from Europe 1. The events took place in the 11th arrondissement, on the night of Sunday 8 to Monday 9 September, around 1 a.m.
According to our information, at least two people threw incendiary devices into the garden. This caused a fire that was quickly extinguished by Marseille firefighters.
An investigation opened
For the time being, it is impossible to know whether Maeva Ghennam and her mother were inside the home at the time of the incident.
An investigation has been opened and CCTV footage has been seized by investigators.
This is not the first time that the reality TV star has been the victim of this kind of incident. On November 5, 2022, an arson attack took place at her home. Two men were finally arrested, suspected of starting the fire. In 2021, her grandmother’s home was the target of a shooting.
