Neowiz Games et Round8 Studio launched last year Lies of P, an action role-playing game Souls-like which has established itself as one of the best titles in its category. A game much appreciated by fans of the titles of FromSoftware thanks to his gameplay and his level designsales were good, a sequel is obviously on the way.
And Lies of P was very inspired by Bloodborne, its sequel could draw ideas from Elden Ring. Indeed, as spotted by Tech4Gamers, Neowiz is looking for a Field Level Designer with “extensive experience in open world games”. The developer also asks for experience on theUnreal Engine and other points, but he specifies that having already worked on a open world would be a plus.
Even though the Korean studio has not made anything official yet, fans of the first part are doubtful. Certainly, Fire Ring et son extension Shadow of the Erdtree are open world, FromSoftware has completely adapted its formula to a level design more open, but Lies of P fans enjoyed the more linear levels and are afraid that Neowiz breaks his teeth on an overly ambitious project.
