Jeremy Clarkson mocks Lewis Hamilton and his first photo at Ferrari

The former Top Gear presenter posted an image of himself dressed in a suit and an overcoat draped over his shoulders, standing in front of a Range Rover outside a barn on his farm.

The Instagram post, which received almost a million likes, was captioned “Lewis Clarkilton”.
He appears to be mocking Hamilton's first official photo as an driver for Scuderia Ferrari, following his first visit to the Italian team's famous headquarters.
It shows Hamilton standing in front of a Ferrari F40, wearing a classic dark-striped Italian suit and a double-breasted overcoat slung over his shoulder.

As usual, Clarkson here makes a joke typical of the character we know.

At the end of last season, Clarkson called Hamilton “too old “ and “ outdated by age”. This followed his difficult race at the Sao Paulo Grand Prix last November.

“And secondly, Lewis Hamilton is no longer in his prime. He blamed his car in his qualifying session, but his teammate, George Russell, was on the front row.

“Of course, it is possible that due to Lewis moving to Ferrari next year, the team will bounce back. But that seems unlikely. It is much more likely that he is now too old”, concluded the man who today focuses on the development of his farm.
