This Wednesday, January 22, the National Assembly is examining in committee a bill to restrict the purchase of nitrous oxide to professionals, and thus avoid its recreational use. The text is co-signed by around a hundred deputies, from all political sides. In France the average age of consumers is 22 years, and consuming laughing gas in high doses can seriously damage the brain.
-German Laura Müller becomes the first female racing engineer in Formula 1 and she will work this season with Frenchman Esteban Ocon at the Haas team. Women are making more and more space in the very masculine world of car racing. Formula 1, which welcomes a third French driver in 2025: Isack Hadjar, Formula 2 vice-champion in 2024, will make his debut with the Racing Bulls team.
Just before the list of Oscar nominees, here is the Razzie Awards! With a title that particularly stands out: Joker : Folie à Deux is nominated in 7 categories, including worst film, worst actor and worst actress for Joaquin Phoenix and Lady Gaga.
