Two individual pedestrian cameras are now part of the equipment of the Fleurance municipal police officers. When a recording is activated, officers must notify the affected individuals. A steady red light signal lights up on the camera, accompanied by a regular sound signal reminding you that the device is in operation. Images kept for one month
The data collected is kept for one month. But citizens can exercise their rights of access, information and deletion of images by contacting the town hall directly, or the CNIL for an appeal.
