The 51-year-old leader was quickly cleared of all fault, but Red Bull's problems then manifested themselves on the track, with their rivals' performances converging and ultimately usurping the reigning champions.

Red Bull's smooth stops allowed them to total 552 points in the 2024 season, ahead of rivals McLaren, who finished second with 433 points, marking the seventh consecutive year the team has won this title.
Williams finished last on the official list with a starving score of 38 points, while RB put in a surprising performance by placing fifth, clearly emulating their sister team when it came to pit stops.
There's no denying that Red Bull has had its ups and downs during the 2024 season. While losing the constructors' title is a significant setback, being awarded the fastest pit stop award is testament to undeniable technical competence.
