The world of motor sports, and Formula 1 in particular, are exclusive and the dream of many young graduates. However, rare are the profiles that really manage to rise in a team or an organization linked to this elite championship, and the teams are known to like to train their own elements for several years before moving them up the ranks internally, investing thus sustainably on their internal resources.

Among the hundreds of job advertisements selected on the Motorsport Jobs site for positions in the world of and motor sports, we find opportunities as an intern or via a long-term placement under an apprenticeship contract with opportunities internal to the key.

Currently building its F1 team in preparation for its official entry as a team and manufacturer in 2026, the German structure is recruiting at all costs. There are many opportunities in multidisciplinary fields. We thus find advertisements at Audi F1 for numerous specialties, and in particular those linked to the power unit, in other words, thermal and electric engine propulsion of vehicles.

Tasks included in the mentioned role include design in the high voltage battery environment, mechanical design, electrical design, integration, surface design/visualization. We also talk about the preparation of production documents, the preparation of assembly instructions or even coordination with production to have a solid engineering profile.

Internships and final dissertations last at least four months and take place full-time at the Neuburg site, Germany. Audi is open to international profiles. In addition to a unique insight into the world of motorsport, the brand prides itself on offering “fair remuneration” and to integrate the students “into the team that takes Audi to the top of motorsport”.
