This Wednesday, ASM Clermont formalized the arrival of New Zealand international fly half Harry Plummer for the next three seasons.
Clermont has launched its recruitment for next season. This Wednesday, ASM formalized the arrival of New Zealand international Harry Plummer (26 years old) for the next three seasons. Winner of the Super Rugby Pacific last season with the Auckland Blues, the fly half will take the place of future retiree (at the end of the season) Benjamin Urdapilleta.
Selected once with the All Blacks on September 21 against Australia in the Rugby Championship, Plummer has been in the form of his career for two seasons. Scorer but also versatile (flyhalf, center three-quarter or even full-back), the New Zealander arrives in Auvergne with an interesting profile.
“Harry ticks all the boxes”
“Harry was our first choice” explains Christophe Urios “We were looking for an international level player, capable of adapting to the attacking style of play that we want to implement with both experience but also still room for improvement. His profile will allow him to adapt to Northern Rugby and in particular that of our championship. Harry ticks all the boxes!”.
