Formula 1 | Leclerc 'angry' over rumors of tensions with Sainz

Charles Leclerc has hit back at those who claim his relationship with Ferrari teammate Carlos Sainz has hardened.

A short video circulated on social media showing Sainz celebrating his victory at the Mexican GP immediately after the race – and Leclerc seemingly completely ignoring him.

The Spaniard appears shocked by Leclerc's reaction, which prompted some fans on social media to denounce the Monegasque's behavior.

Some believe he was furious over some comments made about Leclerc on the radio.

“I am very angry because of the comments I saw,” Leclerc said when asked about the incident.

“People judged me based on a two-second video clip.”

“Before the video, I went to greet Carlos, and there was no tension in the situation because I didn't know what he had said on the radio during the race.”
