Brest wins in a balanced match

Thanks to a goal from Ajorque at the start of the game then thanks to a second goal from Salah at the very end of the match, Brest beat Le Havre in a tense and balanced match. A victory which confirms the good momentum of Brest which is tenth in the ranking while Le Havre is fifteenth.

Strasbourg and Lens neutralize each other after a spectacular match

On a fairly close level, Lens and Strasbourg separated with a score of two goals each. After a first goal from Nzola in the fifth minute, Strasbourg came back with a nice header from Abakar Sylla. The Northerners regained the advantage thanks to Andy Diouf who took advantage of an error by the Strasbourg defense just before half-time. Diarra finally equalized from the penalty spot on the hour mark for the Alsatians. Lens is now sixth and Strasbourg seventh.

Reims wins without problem against Montpellier and gets closer to the podium

Reims confirmed its good start to the season by beating Montpellier 4 goals to 2. After Munetsi quickly opened the scoring, Nakamura doubled the lead for Reims with a superb strike. Nordin then reduced the lead just before halftime. Diakité then gave the Rémois some breathing space before Nordin reignited the suspense in added time. Teuma’s penalty at 90+3 finally gave Reims victory. The Champenois are now fourth, tied on points with OM, while Montpellier is seventeenth.
