Marcus Thuram scored a hat-trick with Inter Milan this Saturday evening during his team’s victory against Torino (3-2).
Inter Milan returned to the heels of the leader of the Italian Championship, Naples, thanks to their 3-2 victory against Torino, stunned by an exclusion in the 20th minute and by a hat-trick from Marcus Thuram, Saturday during the 7th day. Four days after their easy victory in the Champions League against Red Star Belgrade (4-0), the reigning champion scored a third consecutive victory for the first time this season.
The exclusion in the 20th minute of Torino’s Chilean defender Guillermo Maripan for a dangerous tackle on Thuram greatly facilitated his task. But Inter, in need in September, seems to be launched, even if it still showed some unusual signs of defensive feverishness which allowed the reductions in the score by Duvan Zapata (36th) and Nikola Vlasic, from a penalty (86th).
