Demolition in progress for a new project in the middle of the town

THE works are in progress for the future Maternal assistant house of Plumieousnear Loudéac (Côtes-d'Armor).

The demolition of the old boules was in full swing Tuesday January 21, 2025.

The flagship project of Plumieux is the one who has occupied the thoughts of the municipality since 2024: the creation of a maternal assistant house.

Son emplacement is ideally located, to the right of the multipurpose room, opposite the Sainte-Anne school and instead of the outdoor and covered ball games.

Deconstruction work has already started and continue Tuesday January 21, 2025: The old covered boules is no longer accessible to the public.

Sébastien Quinionew mayor of Plumieux, had bridged this project during his wishes, Saturday January 18, 2025 which brought together nearly 200 people.

Reclaim of activity in the craft area

Sébastien Quinio recalled the significant facts of the year 2024, for the town of Plumieux, with the integration of the postal agency in the town hall premises, the opening of the leisure center.

Among the other projects of 2025, the craft areaCohue will have a revival of activities, following two projects which should succeed.

On the entertainment side, local associations will renew their animations which each year are a brilliant success.
