In 2025, the Lotto team begins a profound transition phase. After a 2024 season marked by resounding successes (25 victories), notably thanks to its experienced pillars like Arnaud De Lie, Lennert Van Eetvelt and Maxim Van Gils (the latter having left the Belgian team to join Red Bull-BORA-hansgrohe) , Lotto is making the bold bet of considerably rejuvenating its workforce. This ambitious strategy, although promising for the future, raises questions: will young talents be able to take up the challenge, maintain the level of excellence and fill the void left by the departures of experienced runners?
