The Italian ProTeam, VF Group – Bardiani CSF – Faizanèrevealed its 23 riders for the 2025 season this Monday. After the departures of Domenico Pozzovivo (retirement) and Giulio Pellizzari (Red Bull – BORA – hansgrohe), the Italian team had to find replacements to score in the UCI rankings. But the Bardians has preferred to continue to focus on youth and has a workforce whose average age is 21 years and 11 months (6 riders are 18 years old).

“Being the youngest team…”
The team manager, Roberto Reverberi, said: “It is a source of pride to be the youngest professional team in the world. We strongly believe in the idea that very young people must be trained within the team and then brought to compete at the highest level. Our sponsors have always shared this philosophy and we thank them for the trust placed in our ideas and in Italian Cycling. We hope that among these guys there will be another Pellizzari and for many of them, already included in the project for several years, next season will be crucial.
