Alex Baudin file chez EF Education-EasyPost

After two years at AG2R, Alex Baudin signed up with the EF Education-EasyPost training for the next two seasons.

Winner of the Tour du Limousin this year, Alex Baudin will join the EF Education-EasyPost team in 2025. After a more discreet first season in 2023, Baudin performed well this season. 2nd in the GP Cycliste la Marseillaise at the very start of the season, winner of a stage and the general on the Tour du Limousin, 2nd in the Coppa Bernocchi but also 3rd in the Tour du Guangxi a few days ago, the Frenchman had a great season full in the colors of the Decathlon AG2R La Mondiale team. At 23, the Albertville native signed up for two seasons with EF.

Alex Baudin:

“It’s really exciting to join such an international team. It's something I've always wanted to do and I think now is the right time to do it. It's really important to get out of your comfort zone and get to know new people, new cultures, everything new. That's what I love in life. This is why I wanted to join EF Education-EasyPost. I’m still young and I’m really really excited.”

“I live in Aix-les-Bains, near Chambéry. It's not far from Albertville and I still see my family quite often. The Alps are the perfect place for . Growing up here made me want to become a climber. It's a truly beautiful place with lots of roads to explore. You can enjoy the mountains and ski in winter. It is a good combination with cycling for winter preparation. I really like it. I also go downhill skiing twice a year when the snow is good, but it's risky. In cross-country skiing, I can go out 20 or 25 times during the winter, depending on the conditions and when I'm in training. »
