Regarding the Kern Pharma training, there is clearly a before and after Tour of Spain in 2024, as the Spanish team shone during the Vuelta.
Rather anonymous in its performances until August, Kern Pharma indeed surprised all observers during its National Tour. By winning no less than three stage successes, but also by simply posting the 7th best score in terms of UCI points during the three weeks of racing. A total of 1,419 points which when compared to the overall score for the season, shows the importance of the event in the overall vision we have for 2024.
Indeed, this nest egg of 1,419 points quite simply represents almost 50% of the season's total. It is also, by far, the best result for an invited team on a Grand Tour in 2024.

He alone accounts for 2 of the three victories for Kern Pharma during the Vuelta. Very offensive throughout the duration of the race, he was rewarded by finishing 3rd in the mountain classification. And it is within Movistar that it will evolve in 2025.
