Training Tudor Pro Cycling announced this Thursday the extension of one of its riders. This is German Mika Hemmingvery discreet during the 2024 season. In fact, the German sprinter only has a small top 10 this season on the Venendaal Classic. “2024 was the worst year of my cycling career, so 2025 can only be better.” he assumes. Within the Swiss team since 2023, he has signed up for an additional season.

Hemming spoke about its extension: “I am very excited to stay with the team for another year. 2024 was the worst year of my cycling career, so 2025 can only be better. My dream is to ride the Tour of Flanders, which I missed this year due to injury My main goal is to give the best of myself for my teammates, even if what motivates me is to win.”
Mika Hemming explained his appetite for sprinting: “I was competing in criteriums and there were no mountains in my area, so the easiest way to win was to sprint, even though sprinting was different than it is today (laughs). When I started doing longer races, I felt like I could climb too, so I looked for races that were tough enough that I could survive, before sprinting.”
