Runner for Bourg-en-Bresse AC this season, Mathias Piron had initially signed up with the Cre’Actuel-Marie Morin-U22 team for 2025. But the shutdown of the Breton structure forced him to find a team for the upcoming season. And it is finally with the CR4C Roanne that he decided to commit, in Plan B.

This year, the 22-year-old rider won the Grand Prix des Industries de Belley. He placed 2nd in the Prix de Chavannes-sur-Reyssouze, 2nd in the Prix de Saint-Amour, 5th in the Prix Eugène Marchand, 6th in the Circuit Boussaquin, 6th in the Critérium de Bessan and even 10th in a stage at the Tour Nivernais Morvan.
