End clap for Julian Lino. The 29-year-old from Vannes decided to end his career this Sunday, October 6, during the gravel world championships held in Louvain (Belgium) and crowning the inevitable Mathieu van der Poel. He announced the news on Instagram.

The son of Pascal Lino was unable to complete his last race, the victim of mechanical problems and in particular a puncture. The 29-year-old rider will have experienced the professional world on the road with two Continental teams: Bike-Aid (2021_2022) and Métropole Côte d’Azur (2023). He will never have experienced victory but will keep as his main achievement a third place on the third stage of the Kreiz Breizh Elites 2021 between Ploërdut and Carhaix.
