Very good news for the Team TotalEnergies. The French ProTeam has just announced this Saturday the extension until 2026 of its best rider of the year in terms of UCI points, namely Emilien Jeannière ! A true revelation of the season, the 26-year-old from Vendée exploded in 2024 within his training team, with whom he turned pro quite late in 2023 after several years of waiting at Vendée U. A runner who is both fast and enduring, the protégé of Jean-René Bernaudeau presents an all-purpose sprinter-puncher profile which allows him to shine in many races on the calendar, notably the Belgian classics and hilly events. He thus accumulated numerous places of honor and a total of 892 UCI points, signing his first two professional victories on the Mayenne loops and the Tour d’Istanbul.

Proof of its superb regularity throughout a full season, Emilien Jeannière won the Belgian Cup (officially called the Lotto Cycling Cup) thanks to four top 5s over the nine rounds of the competition. In total, he has 21 top 5 finishes to his name in 2024, including a second place on theAntwerp Port Epic / Salts Trophya 4th on the Super 8 Classic5th places on the Grand Prix Jean-Pierre Monseréthe Franco-Belgian circuit and the Tour de Louvain – Memorial Jef Scherenswhile performing well in 2.Pro stage races (Istanbul, Mayenne, Wallonia…). Performances which deserved an extension in his favorite team and which only need to be confirmed in 2025, where he will undoubtedly be one of the French runners to follow!
