At 47 years old, it’s an understatement to say that Cyril Lignac has come a long way since his early days in the kitchens of Alain Passard or Pierre Hermé after his studies. The famous chef is now at the head of several restaurants and patisseries in Paris but also abroad. Indeed, in 2021, it opens the Bar des Prés Mayfair in the heart of London, a franchise that he is extending to Dubai in 2024. He also has two establishments in Saint-Tropez, the region he chose to live with his partner Deborah and their son Léo.
Faced with so much business to manage, Cyril Lignac made a big decision at the start of the year: part with one of them. And not just any one since it is about his restaurant in the 15th arrondissement of Paris, or the very first one he opened in 2005 called The Fifteenth, which had even received a star in the Michelin guide in 2007. In 2021, Cyril Lignac transformed and renamed it Ischia, making it a new Italian address.

Finally, four years later, on January 21, the figure of M6 signed the deed of sale to the Italian chef Denny Imbroisi (including the business and the name of the brand). He made the news official on Instagram this Thursday. “20 years ago, I opened my first restaurant on rue Cauchy in the 15th arrondissement. I couldn’t have imagined the adventure would be so beautiful. Today, I am proud to pass on the keys to this address that brought me so much luck to Chef Denny Imbroisi. I will happily see you in my other Parisian restaurants for new adventures!“, he wrote.

Denny Imbroisi should continue to highlight Italian cuisine in the new version ofIschia who will keep his name. The latter is also a sure value in Parisian gastronomy given that it manages several large restaurants, including Ida (15e), Era (7e), Malro (3rd) and Fifteen (15e).
The chef is also not unknown to the general public. He even makes regular appearances with his partner, who is none other than Silvia Notargiacomoex-figure de Dancing with the stars from season 1 to season 7 with whom he had a child.
