Nigerian TikToker Habeeb Hamzat, better known as Peller, recently admitted a mistake and apologized during a TikTok live session with singer Peter Okoye, also known as Mr P.
Confusion live: Peller attributes Skelew at P-Square and apologizes to Mr P
Peter Okoye, aka Mr P, who had just celebrated his daughter’s birthday, was delighted to participate in Peller’s live performance. But, things took an unexpected turn when Peller started singing Skelew a 2023 song performed by David Adeleke, aka Davido. Peller had wrongly attributed the song to the group P-Square, to which Peter Okoye belongs.
Faced with this confusion, Peter Okoye remained silent, just smiling at the content creator. Peller then praised Mr P, calling him an exceptional person and thanking him warmly for accepting his invitation. However, he expressed his annoyance at the background noise which disrupted the filming of the video.
Acknowledging his mistake, Peller released a new video apologizing to Peter Okoye. In this video, he explained that he must be “crazy” to have made such a mistake and expressed his sincere regrets towards the artist.
