Emmanuel Macron is traveling near , has Cesson-Sévigné (Ille-et-Vilaine), this Monday January 20, 2025.

The President of the Republic goes there to formulate his wishes to the Armies. He will go precisely within the Leschi district which houses a cyber center of excellence. The Leschi district being in fact the influence of the Digital and Cyber ​​Land Support Command (CATNC), of the Digital and Cyber ​​Support Brigade (BENCH) and the School of Transmissions, Digital and Cyber (ETNC).

4 p.m. – Proteus, digital data… Technological innovations

Certain technological innovations are presented at the end of workshops this afternoon, particularly around the reception a you capture of technical information – for example, knowing the address of electronic devices such as telephones.

This data is then transmitted to operational teams. As such, the 785th Digital Warfare Company is responsible for designing this technical information capture system.

Or the development of Proteus software, which will allow the data to be analyzed and isolated. Concretely, this system makes it possible to find an individual through their telephone, for example.

Workshops will then be articulated between 3 p.m. and 4 p.m. with the Ministerial Agency for Defense AI (AMIAD), the Army, the Air and Space Force, the National Navy.

Finally, from 4:15 p.m. and for around twenty minutes, the President of the Republic will a speech. It will leave Cesson-Sévigné around 5:30 p.m.

12:30 p.m. – The theme of 2025 wishes

Unsurprisingly, the theme for these 2025 wishes to the Armed Forces is that of « l’innovation, of cyber and of artificial intelligence » . Of the presentations et workshops will revolve around this theme throughout the afternoon.

Honors will be rendered by:
