Sophie Davant finally agrees to participate in VALLEY : and “quite a challenge”
It was on her social networks that the 61-year-old host announced the big news. After refusing several times to be part of the cast of Dancing with the starsthe companion of William Leymergie finally accepted this “quite a challenge”. “Production has been offering it to me for years… I accepted… finally! Personal, physical and mental challenge… I hope to live up to the demands of this adventure!”, she wrote on her Instagram account.
Before speaking a few hours later in The Christmas Club on Europe 1, a radio station that she knows well since she has been there for several seasons: “In fact, I am not only a newbie, but quite open to what will happen”. “At the moment, I don’t know much. I obviously don’t know the name of my dancer. It’s not William, that’s a scoop”she then added with humor. Before concluding: “I am going there with conviction and humility (…) Great humility!”
Who are the candidates Dancing with the Stars 2025 ?
The mother of Nicolas and Valentine is therefore the sixth candidate revealed by the production of Dancing with the stars. Alongside the radio and TV presenter for the moment: former footballer Adil Rami, ex-swimmer Florent Manaudou, singer Lénie, actress Charlotte de Turckheim and Miss France 2024, Eve Gilles.
It remains to be seen who will dance with whom – Anthony Colette, winner last year with Natasha St-Pier, remained traumatized by the clash with Inès Reg, and has not yet said whether he is coming back or not – and who will form the jury. Everything suggests that Jean-Marc Généreux, Fauve Hautot, Mel Charlot and Chris Marques will be back.
