The funeral of Maïté, the cook who made the heyday of France 3, was celebrated Thursday in her village of Rion-des-Landes in the Landes. Around 300 people were present. Maïté was 86 years old.

My grandmother, she was a force of nature,” Camille said before to add: “I ask you: eat, sing and drink in his honor.” Then she turned towards the coffin: “I love you. You can be sure of that.
