The Prince and Princess of Wales celebrated the festive season early with their children at a country estate at Anmer Hall in Norfolk.
It will be a family Christmas for Prince William and Kate Middleton, who have decided to celebrate the end of year holidays early, accompanied by their three children, Prince George, 11, Princess Charlotte, 9, and Prince Louis, 6 years old. Everyone retired to their country house at Anmer Hall in Norfolk, thus skipping the traditional festive lunch at Buckingham Palace given by King Charles on Thursday December 19. A special moment after a year marked by Kate Middleton's cancer.

A “terrible” year for Prince William
The Prince of Wales takes a moment of respite with his family, after having experienced “the most difficult year of his life”. The King of England is, for his part, still under treatment. He will be able to count on the support of his family during the traditional Christmas festivities at the Sandringham residence.
