A new show is coming to M6 very soon: The Island. We reveal the date and the 5-star cast of this adventure program.
M6 offers different entertainment programs all year round. We thus find in Prime Time Love is in the meadow with Karine Le Marchand at the helm which is one of the French’s favorite programs. This is not the only show where the candidates try to find love again since Married at first sight is also very fashionable to viewers.
The sixth channel is also a specialist in cooking shows as evidenced by the success of Top Chef a you Best Pastry Chef. The show Everyone in the kitchen that Cyril Lignac launched during the confinement due to Covid-19 continues to please viewers. Finally, if TF1 had Koh Lanta as an adventure program, M6 no longer had one in recent years. But, the channel has decided to relaunch one of its former flagship programs: The Island. The best? The 5-star cast of The Island, celebrity special
In this new season of The Island, we will find Loury Lag, the explorer specializing in survival and solitary adventures as a presenter. He will be there to guide the candidates and to relaunch the program, M6 has opted for a season with celebrities! We will therefore find 10 personalities very different from each other known for different talents. Among these castaways, there will be Nathalie Marquay-Pernaut, elected Miss France in 1987 as well as Delphine Wespiser, Miss France 2012 who has since become a TV presenter.

Two actors will be at their side: Terence Telle, known for his role in Here it all begins et Patrick Puydebat who plays the famous Nicolas in The Mysteries of Love. We can also find the star of social networks, Daniela Capone, Julien Cohen who made himself known in Deal doneas well as sports journalist Carine Galli. Finally, several athletes are part of the cast such as the footballer Sidney Goyou, the boxing and MMA fighter, Lucie Bertaud and the 800m world champion, Pierre-Ambroise Bosse.

The 10 celebrities embarked on a particularly perilous adventure. Indeed, we can find them on the island of Ko Taruto, off the coast of Malaysia where they will have two goals: reach the exfiltration point in just ten days and… survive!

The island, made up of 99% unexplored jungle, is particularly difficult to cross. Moreover, in the second part of the evening, a second program will be devoted to the secrets of the island. Loury Lag will share his survival techniques and give advice that could have been useful to the candidates. But, when will we be able to watch the first episode? It will be broadcast on Tuesday January 7 from 9:10 p.m. and the following ones will be every Tuesday.
