The lovers then separated and the actor who had met Jennifer Garner in 2001 found the actress on the set of Daredevil in 2003. They began a relationship and married in 2005 during a private ceremony in the Caribbean. Together they had three children, Violet, Seraphina and Samuelbefore finally deciding to separate in 2015 after 10 years of marriage.
