This 54 billion euro investment plan is in line with the France Relance plan. It should make it possible to catch up with France in certain historical sectors. It also aims to create new industrial and technological sectors.
This plan continues the Government's strategy in favor of investment,
innovation and re-industrialization.
10 objectives to respond to the great challenges of our time
The “France 2030” plan, with 54 billion euros deployed over 5 years, aims to develop industrial competitiveness and future technologies, half of the funding is intended for emerging players, and half for the actions of decarbonization. It pursues 10 objectives to better understand, live better and produce better, by 2030.

- decarbonize our industry in order to respect the commitment to reduce, between 2015 and 2030, 35% of our greenhouse gas emissions in this sector.
- produce in France, by 2030, nearly 2 million electric and hybrid vehicles
- produce in France, by 2030, the first low-carbon aircraft.
Live better

- place France at the forefront of the production of cultural and creative content and immersive technologies.
Better understand the world
- take our full part in the space adventure
- invest in the deep seabed field.
The six levers for success in France 2030
- secure access to raw materials,
- secure access to strategic components, including electronics, robotics and intelligent machines,
- supporting the emergence of talents by building the training of tomorrow
- master sovereign and secure digital technologies,
