The first images of the Kate Moss collection for Zara

For the first time in her career, the 50-year-old model is signing her first collection for the ready-to-wear brand. And treat herself to an ultra-sensual photo shoot for the occasion.
She is often said to be a rock star trapped in a model's body. Reason why she paraded, last October 15, for Victoria's Secret on the title I Love Rock ’n’ Roll, from the Anglo-American group The Arrows. Kate Moss knows how to live up to this reputation that continues to stick to her, and she proves it at the end of autumn by unveiling her first collection for Zara. Designed by stylist Katy England, who worked for thirteen years with the late designer Lee Alexander McQueen, this capsule is imbued with the very essence of the British model. A bit sexy and resolutely rock, the proposed wardrobe focuses on the good basics of the women's wardrobe, to be worn both on a formal occasion and in the evening.
The Studio 54 years
The 1970s of Charlotte Rampling and Lauren Hutton, the wild nights of the disco decade, the old New York nightclub Studio 54 and Led Zeppelin… These were Kate Moss's inspirations when designing this collection. Photographed by the duo formed by Mert Alas and Marcus Piggott – two of her favorite photographers to whom we owe in particular the portraits of the star during the spring-summer 2013 campaign of Givenchy – the mother of Lila Moss poses like a diva on a sofa in a nocturnal and mysterious atmosphere, sometimes dressed in a satin skirt matched with a flowing blouse, sometimes with her waist tightened in a black trenchcoat with a vinyl belt.
